About Chloé Miller

Chloé Miller is a founder, media executive, and operator of companies focused on human behavior, communication, leadership, and relationship health.

Her work explores how people connect, make decisions, build influence, navigate uncertainty, and create meaningful lives—and how those insights can be transformed into media platforms, educational frameworks, and scalable businesses.

Drawing from backgrounds in psychology, relationship health, media, and audience development, Chloé's work bridges disciplines that are often treated separately but fundamentally shape one another: Human behavior. Leadership. Relationships. Culture.

Today she leads a portfolio of companies spanning relationship health, leadership development, media, and education, all connected by a shared belief: The quality of our relationships shapes the quality of our lives.

Long before founding Lovers Counseling, Chloé’s career centered on understanding people — how they communicate, perform, build identity, navigate pressure, and operate within high-visibility environments.

Earlier in her career, Chloé worked within professional sports and media environments through Comcast SportsNet Chicago (NBC Sports), supporting coverage connected to the Chicago Cubs and working alongside high-profile athletes, public figures, and media talent.

The experience offered an early look into the dynamics of visibility, performance, communication, identity, and public perception inside high-pressure environments — themes that would later continue through her work in talent representation, relationship media, leadership development, and clinical relationship health.

She later co-founded Miller + Miller, a national creative management agency representing award-winning artists, filmmakers, and photographers. The agency’s work centered on creative development, strategic positioning, communication, and long-term career growth for emerging and established talent.

Across media, talent representation, psychology, and relationship health, a consistent through-line emerged: understanding how people communicate, form relationships, navigate pressure, build identity, and make decisions within modern culture.

Chloé later founded AND, SWIPE RIGHT, a relationship strategy platform designed to help individuals navigate modern dating with greater clarity and intention. Through her work in relationship media and as the creator of the Dating Hotline podcast, she worked directly with individuals navigating dating apps, communication breakdowns, attachment patterns, and relationship uncertainty in real time. Her work gained national attention, leading to media features and a Forbes Under 30 nomination in 2019 for contributions to relationship education and media innovation.

Over time, a deeper truth became clear: Most people were not struggling because they lacked effort. They were struggling because no one had taught them how relationships actually work.

Lovers Counseling emerged as the next evolution of this work—bringing together clinical relationship health with years of experience studying communication, attachment, identity, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and modern culture. Over time, the work expanded beyond relationships alone. The same questions that appeared in therapy rooms were also appearing in boardrooms, leadership teams, media platforms, classrooms, and communities:

How do people connect? How do they build trust? How do they make decisions? How do they create influence? How do they navigate change?

Today, Chloé leads a portfolio of companies, educational platforms, and media initiatives exploring these questions across relationship health, leadership development, communication, wellness, and modern life. While each platform serves a different audience, they are all connected by the same belief: The quality of our relationships shapes the quality of our lives. Across every company, framework, conversation, and public platform, the mission remains consistent: Helping people build greater clarity in how they relate, communicate, lead, decide, and navigate modern life.

Selected media and institutional collaborations include Cosmopolitan, GQ, Bustle, Lifehacker, WGN, the University of Colorado Boulder, Naropa University, and the Denver Family Institute. Chloé was nominated for Forbes Under 30 in 2019 for her contributions to relationship education and media innovation.
