About Chloé Miller

Chloé Miller’s work explores the intersection of relationships, emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, and modern life.

Across media, psychology, founder ecosystems, education, and relationship health, her work is centered on one core belief:

The quality of our relationships shapes the quality of our lives.

Modern culture teaches people how to achieve. Few teach people how to relate. Through companies, media platforms, speaking engagements, and clinical work, Chloé’s work is focused on helping people build greater clarity in how they communicate, connect, lead, choose, and navigate modern life.

Long before founding Lovers Counseling, Chloé’s career centered on understanding people — how they communicate, perform, build identity, navigate pressure, and operate within high-visibility environments.

Earlier in her career, Chloé worked within professional sports and media environments through Comcast SportsNet Chicago (NBC Sports), supporting coverage connected to the Chicago Cubs and working alongside high-profile athletes, public figures, and media talent.

The experience offered an early look into the dynamics of visibility, performance, communication, identity, and public perception inside high-pressure environments — themes that would later continue through her work in talent representation, relationship media, leadership development, and clinical relationship health.

She later co-founded Miller + Miller, a national creative management agency representing award-winning artists, filmmakers, and photographers. The agency’s work centered on creative development, strategic positioning, communication, and long-term career growth for emerging and established talent.

Across media, talent representation, psychology, and relationship health, a consistent through-line emerged: understanding how people communicate, form relationships, navigate pressure, build identity, and make decisions within modern culture.

Chloé later founded AND, SWIPE RIGHT, a relationship strategy platform designed to help individuals navigate modern dating with greater clarity and intention.

Through her work in relationship media and as the creator of the Dating Hotline podcast, she worked directly with individuals navigating dating apps, communication breakdowns, attachment patterns, and relationship uncertainty in real time. Her work gained national attention, leading to media features and a Forbes Under 30 nomination in 2019 for contributions to relationship education and media innovation.

Over time, a deeper truth became clear:

Most people were not struggling because they lacked effort. They were struggling because no one had taught them how relationships actually work.

Lovers Counseling was built as the next evolution of this work — integrating clinical relationship health with real-world insight into communication, emotional intelligence, attachment, perception, and long-term relational dynamics.

Today, Chloé actively leads and operates a portfolio of companies spanning relationship health, emotional intelligence, leadership development, media, and modern decision-making.

She is the Founder of Lovers Counseling, a relationship health company grounded in prevention-first care and modern relational wellness.

She is also the Founder of Executive HQ, a leadership and power literacy platform designed for emerging leaders, founders, and modern professional environments. Executive HQ’s Corporate Track is led in partnership with Hayley Miller, who serves as Managing Director of Corporate Track.

In addition, Chloé is the Founder of Health Class, an emerging modern health framework platform focused on helping people think more clearly in a world overwhelmed by wellness information and conflicting advice.

She is also the Founder of AND, SWIPE RIGHT, and Host of Dating Hotline, both of which are returning in expanded form as part of a broader evolution of her work in relationship media, communication, and modern culture.

Across each company, platform, and public conversation, the through-line remains consistent:

Helping people build greater clarity in how they relate, communicate, lead, decide, and navigate modern life.

Selected media and institutional collaborations include Cosmopolitan, GQ, Bustle, Lifehacker, WGN, University of Colorado Boulder, Naropa University, Denver Family Institute, and additional relationships, wellness, leadership, and cultural platforms.
