Over the past 15 years, I've explored these interests through entrepreneurship, commercial media, talent management, relationship education, and clinical counseling. My graduate training in counseling and marriage and family therapy has deepened my understanding of interpersonal dynamics, communication, and the ways people navigate change. Combined with my experience founding businesses, working in media, and mentoring emerging professionals, this perspective informs how I approach both areas of my work. Relationships shape nearly every aspect of our lives. From dating and romantic partnerships to marriage and family, the quality of our relationships is closely connected to how we communicate, understand ourselves, and relate to others.
My work in this field began with AND, SWIPE RIGHT, a dating coaching and relationship education company I founded to help people navigate modern dating and build meaningful connections.
Through its educational media platform, Dating Hotline, I created and hosted conversations about dating, relationships, and the complexities of human connection.
That work eventually led me to pursue graduate education in clinical mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy, expanding my work from dating education into professional counseling.
Today, as the founder and clinical director of Lovers Counseling, I specialize in individual therapy, couples counseling, and preventative relationship wellness.

Entrepreneurship has been a defining part of my professional life.
I've spent more than a decade founding and operating businesses across commercial talent management, relationship education, media, and behavioral health.
My entrepreneurial experience began as the co-founder of Miller + Miller Management, where I worked with creative talent, advertising agencies, and production partners in the commercial media industry. I later founded AND, SWIPE RIGHT, developing a relationship education business and producing its original media platform, Dating Hotline. Today, I own and operate Lovers Counseling, an independent behavioral health practice built around a preventative approach to relationship wellness.
Across these businesses, I've experienced the creative, operational, and interpersonal dimensions of entrepreneurship—from developing an idea and bringing it to market to managing professional relationships and navigating change.
My interest in professional development also extends into higher education, where I've served as a university guest lecturer and professional mentor.

My work is informed by two complementary forms of education: formal clinical training and more than 15 years of experience building businesses, developing professional relationships, and working across industries.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a postgraduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a licensed professional counselor and marriage and family therapist in Colorado. Beyond clinical practice, my experience includes commercial media, talent management, podcast production, entrepreneurship, university guest lecturing, and professional mentorship. Together, these experiences shape the perspective I bring to conversations about relationships, communication, and professional development.
